I am a Pakeha New Zealander and I have lived here in Porirua with my husband since 2003.
My training is in Social Work (Massey University), Counselling (CIT), Clinical Supervision (Weltech) and in Art (TLC)
I have been doing Counselling for the past 16 years both in Palmerston North and here in Porirua. I have had experience working Hospitals and in the community with individuals, couples, and with families.
I like working with people and feel it is a real privilege to have people share their life stories, their pain, and, their achievements with me. I especially like living and working in Porirua amongst people from many cultures and life styles.

Counselling is:

• Supportive. It provides you with help when you are having difficulties in your life.

• Someone to talk to

• Confidential and private. No one else needs to know

• Non judgemental. You will not be judged you for who you are – so you can be you!

• Helps you with your problems. It helps you work on these and make the changes you need to make.

• A place to express you feelings
